    Positive Outlook

I worked at Trowbridge & Trowbridge as a contractor (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Working for Dept of Labor Contract can have perks. Salary Decent. Smaller number of employees.

    Cons

Payroll and some holidays not always paid correctly. Will take a while for a new person to become tenured in the applications being supported. Not enough employee recognition.

    Advice to Management

Their is a point where you reach a glass ceiling for advancement early. Best option is to use educational funds...get certified..then go elsewhere.
