    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Trox full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work environment is not stressful. Upper management is accessible and down to earth. There are opportunities to express interest in new professional roles and pursue them, while still covering existing job responsibilities.

    Cons

No major complaints. Only one might be that there is not a clear direction for "climbing the ladder."

    Advice to Management

Maintain humble leadership and open communication.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Trox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice benefits, decent salary, superb location (for now.)

    Cons

The higher ups are insistent on micro-managing everything that goes on. It's driving the employees mad, especially when they are good at doing their job in the time given to finish the work. If you want robots, that make the exact same moves at the exact same speed, buy some robots.

    Advice to Management

Stop micro-managing. If someone is .24 seconds off from doing it the same as the next guy, don't have a meeting to discuss why so-and-so is .24 seconds off from someone else. If someone isn't doing it fast enough, don't punish everyone else because he is .24 seconds off.

    Pros

Seems to be a relaxed atmosphere some down time waiting for the next order to change over. Mgr should focus on that process for keeping everyone busy. All employees are nice. Some office will talk to you, others think they're too k good....

    Cons

Mrg, Stop watching everything focus on the product and changing orders more quickly so people don't stand around and waste tune and you then force everyone to do ot. Pay could be a tad more competitive then what they start you out with..

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees, stop micro managing everything everyone knows their job.
