I have been working at Troy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Zero pros at this company

    Cons

Employees are treated terribly. Was told by my recruiter of flexible hours- far from! Employees of all levels including managers and directors are required to swipe in and out everyday. Every move is monitored. No flex time, no remote working. Forget about being ill, that’s not allowed either. Management always yelling at employees.

    Advice to Management

Wake up. Treat employees better. Stop running a prison.

Dear "Current" Employee - this is surely not how we want our employees to feel. HR has an open door policy and if you are still currently working here, I implore you to please discuss further with HR directly.

I have been working at Troy full-time

    Pros

There are no pros to this company.

    Cons

The work environment is very hostile. Upper management is only happy when they are arguing or putting their employees down. It is a very negative company that focuses on mistakes. You can do 99 projects correctly but miss 1 and your career is over. They will never forget a mistake and your bonus and raise will reflect it. The brothers are constantly in shouting matches. 95% of the employees are looking for new jobs....

    Pros

Income while you're looking for a job elsewhere

    Cons

Owners do not seem to care for employees with that seeming to border on contempt. Any negative you've heard might seem exaggerated and unbelievable, but it is very likely to be true.

    Pros

Can't think of one that is useful to incoming employees.

    Cons

Pay is sub-standard, treatment of people is like bonded labor. They have no value for employees even employees who have been with company for 25+ years are treated with disdain and no respect. Actually there is a program to get rid of all old employees with NO severance pay or gratitude or recognition and barring them from obtaining other work in the same field that they have experience in for their entire life. I worked at Troy full-time

    Pros

A very nice location to work.

    Cons

Management not interested in being creative or "thinking outside box". Creatively challenging with very little feedback. Not a very interesting industry. Creative management is very sneaky and does not relay credit to executive management. She takes all the credit.

    Advice to Management

    THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX.
