    Pros

Amazing group of dedicated people. I enjoy coming to work almost every day as there are always new opportunities to get involved and learn something new. It's great when profit sharing is paying out - who can complain about have some extra money.

    Cons

Smaller organization which can sometimes hinder promotions, but there's the chance to grow by learning something new.

    Advice to Management

Keep on the profitable track. Provide more opportunities for interactions with employees.

I have been working at Tru Vue full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It's great to represent a brand leader in a small niche market. In every role, big or small you can have a big impact in the success of the organization. The executive team is approachable and has been very supportive in my professional growth. All of the people here are very down-to-earth and the organization provides a great work life balance to its employees.

    Cons

I can't complain. I really enjoy working here.

    Cons

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Good benefits if you are there long enough to receive them.

    Cons

They hire people that they know will be fired shortly after. If you have a job DO NOT leave to come here. I was fired after 30 days and was told my position was being replaced by a robot! I am pretty sure they knew this when they hired me. It is obvious they do not care about their employees. If you want a stable job this is NOT for you. Plenty of weeks you do not work a full week. In the 30 days I was there I was sent home twice. Would be a good place to work if it was stable.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire people that already have employment if you know you are just going to hire them and fire them. People have mouths to feed.

    Tru Vue Response

    Mar 9, 2016 – Human Resources Manager

Tru Vue has not installed any new automation in the past few years so we haven't had any jobs impacted because of robotics. Our voluntary turnover is less than 10% and our average length of service... More
