    Long hours pay is alright

    Pros

The base pay is good as some sales jobs offer little to no base pay. The management was very helpful and the best I've ever had. Overall it was a good atmosphere to work in. The benefits were also good (medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation etc ) and available after a few months. It was completive yet everyone was very encouraging. It was also really nice to be outside during the spring and summer months. Overall it was a good entry level sale position with good experience.

    Cons

The hours are very long and often involved weekends. I would not recommend to anyone who wants to spend time with their kids/family or have any kind of personal life outside of working and sleeping. The base pay is good but is not worth the hours unless you are able to exceed goals every week and get commission. They also reimburse for gas but it was not worth the toll that driving up 2 to hours away took on my personal vehicle. It also involves dealing with a lot of unfriendly and rude people that can be difficult to handle all day every day.

    Pros

Base pay is good if you can live on $500.00 a week before deductions. Co-workers are the best part of the job.

    Cons

Commission structure sucks. You have to sell your butt off to make 1%. Hours are horrendous..they lie to you about how many you will put in. Hope you like working in thunder storms, hail, sleet, etc. All they care about are the numbers. God forbid you need time off! No life/work balance with this company. You are paid a salary and work 70+ hours a week. Then you get switched to hourly and your hours get reduced to a maximum of 30 if you're lucky. Most sales staff gets laid off instead. They micromanage you by tracking you with a GPS in your phone....better not have to go to the bathroom while you are out on your route! 5 employees quit during my first 3 days!!!

Management only cares about service rates

    Pros

Weekly pay and good temporary job of your trying to get on your feet.

    Cons

Too many to mention. Equipment is horrible, broken and outdated, management only cares about service rates instead of well-being of employees. Employees are literally treated like slaves, no raises in 2 years.

    Pros

Salary for GM can be high because you are expected to lie and steal customers money so they pay you to do it.

    Cons

New leadership doesn’t care about customers and employees at all. It is all about money and sacrifices quality by limiting time at customers property and demanding techs get more work done than they have time to do for the customers. Meaning techs skip parts of lawn and don’t spray weed control.

    Pros

    Cons

Attendance policy no sick days. You do have to put extra effort in and long days and 6 day weeks is hard but money is real good
