    Pros

there are no pros at all!

no benefits, no vacation, no morals. I was hired and fired in three days along with another employee who started with me because they said that they decided to move in another direction. This is a horrible place

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Truck Driver Institute full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are no PROS at TDI, If you're looking for a company that cares about their employees, presents opportunities for growth professionally and financially, this isn't the place for you

    Cons

Poorly managed, no benefits, forced to part-time, very unprofessional, you're selling tuition finance loans not truck driving careers. TDI advertises using major trucking company names. Respondents think they're contacting/calling US Xpress, Warner, TMC, etc. and that they have a job when training is complete. Not always the case.

    Advice to Management

    Change your business model,
