    Pros

The people are amazing! The best executive team that I have seen in a long time. The whole company from the top down to the line level people are awesome to work with. The company is growing like crazy and has an amazing position in the marketplace. We are gearing up for exponential growth and it is an amazing and exciting time to be part of the team. Fantastic products that are innovative and cutting edge in their... niche. Just opened a great new office in Boise!

I have been working at Truckstop.com full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

*Great co-workers *Positive culture/environment *Collaborative Truckstop is a great place to work overall. The team atmosphere is encouraged and supported by a great P&C team and management. The culture shift that has happened has been a positive experience. Feeling that your ideas or concerns are heard and followed up on is very important and I feel like that is something that does happen consistently. ... Communication has also improved greatly between teams.

    Cons

*growing pains *communication With a large growth spurt over the last year, there have been some bumps in the road. Communication from management and between teams needed to be improved.

    Advice to Management

Keep supporting partners with their concerns and communicating big changes happening throughout the company. Partners want to feel valued, appreciated and secure in their roles. This will produce partners that are loyal, dedicated and striving to better the customers experience each day.
