Pros

Decent salary. That's it! Decent benefits, nice employees lounge, but.....

Cons

Bad manager. Always micromanaging and invading privacy. Her best attribute are: -reading your notes in your personal laptop without consulting. -changing your work to her ways and your client tell you that was not what he/she agreed with you. -100% harassment all day. -calling you on your mobile device every hour to check on you, and if you don't respond... you get an email.... -Stands by you and intimidate you while you are creating a document. -Sarcasm is her middle name. -she is known for her bad reputation as a manager among all employees.

Leadership lacks integrity

Pros

True will "dangle" jobs with higher titles to their clients, hoping to earn their business by ensuring their clients have a safety net job. Doesn't always work out so good for the client who is expecting a VP or Exec title after retirement, especially after rewarding True business because of it. Unethical practices all over the place, causing clients to be investigated for such practices.

Cons

There are many leaders put in to positions that don't know how to lead people, communicate, or think strategically. Managing Partner is a figure head; not a leader. Should be embarrassed to call themselves a "woman owned company". Lack of development or career paths for most employees. Business model is "fill the hole"...at any cost. Most employees are miserable and looking for other employment. Employees are put on PIPs, but not explained why or what to do differently. HR is a joke.

True Group Response

Hello, First, let me apologize that I am just replying to this now; it was just brought to my attention this week. Being a current employee of True, you know that as President and Managing Partner my door is always open the 60++ hrs./ week that I’m in the office and via cell 24/7 when not in the office. I am particularly curious to understand why you are still here within our ‘True family’ given your accusations? I would certainly love the opportunity to discuss your many unusual and unfounded comments in person. That all said, if you are not comfortable in speaking with me personally, you are also more than welcome to speak to any one of our four female VPs (one of whom, as you know, is our V.P. of H.R) and all of whom I am proud to have leading our company each day. Finally, I would be remiss in not mentioning to the others reading this post, please know that True is submitting our formal request to Glassdoor for removal of this post per their policies so that this platform can be used for civil discourse rather than unfounded nonsense. Pros

-Great engagement at the home office -Tons of initiatives to give back to the community -Strong effort to make employees happy -Decent Pay -Good Benefits

Cons

-If at a client site, poor engagement/transiting into the role -Lack of interest to truly breed a team environment -Leadership too busy to build up their team or focused only on the customer relationship and not a balance. -No PTO if hourly -Professional Development is limited -Communication is either excessive and non direct or vague -If you are not complacent, you are made to feel as though you have no place or you have to keep asking for work or to be moved around -No real push back on the customer when it comes to headcount so some teams have resources they do not need contributing to the low moral
