I worked at True Religion Brand Jeans full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee Discount is obviously the number one perk, benefits, good pay for retail are all good pros. I liked my manager, most people did which is why he ultimately got promoted and I was happy for him I felt like he deserved it. I liked the company a lot, as well as product and my coworkers- I left because I was recruited by a company I really wanted to work for when I met the CEO at a charity event in Atlanta. Other than that I would have stayed longer, but not that much longer as I did not actually want to stay in North Carolina, at the time I wanted to move to a bigger city. Overall I would give True Religion great reviews. I can not rate the CEO because I have never met him and that would be irresponsible, but I can say that my direct supervisor was good.

    Cons

Hourly rates could be higher always, and again, maybe if we were given free clothing every season that would have been better since I wore true religion to work.

    Advice to Management

Give free clothes every season for employees to wear.

I have been working at True Religion Brand Jeans full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The discount is very good but there is no room for growth

    Cons

Closing stores because of bankruptcy chapter 11 but then opening more at the same time

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people that run your stores Store Manager doesn't develop or teach her team spends most of the time in the back of the room in the office. Upper management has no communication. Afraid to express feelings because of repercussions
