    Pros

    The leadership team cares a lot about the employees and the customers they are serving.

    Cons

    Decisions get made slowly and there seem to be a lot of politics at play. However - I think this is true of any large organization.

    Stay transparent about business decisions.

    Flexible hours, caring employees, friendly, dedicated staff, willing to teach you the ropes. There are so many pros to working here

    Honestly there aren't any cons. It's a great job to work for and if there is an issue they fix it right there.

    Great atmosphere and environment! Owner really cares about employees and is very family oriented! Works the best they can to get you days off and works around class schedule for those going to school.

    Cons

    Pay is average, but understandable in the market we are involved with. Not much room for advancement. But still a great place to work at!

    Keep moving in the right direction - that is focusing on growth and investing back into the company. True Value has turned around from its recession days and is improving every day.

    True value Harvard Regional Distribution has an incentive program. Teamsters union. 401k and benefits through United Way.

    Communication issues from headquarters to distribution centers.
