I worked at True Value full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Exciting daily tasks and opportunities to help retailers be The Best Hardware Store in Town.

    Cons

Overall, in each position I had (3) in the company, I would say the only con would have been not being able to meet a retailers' needs/wants...and the fact that new management wished me to relocate on my own dime when someone else was already making the exact same move. I felt like I'd been lied to. I gave everything I had to the company even after being terminated (because I'd had a physical fall in my house and missed a year) I still testified positively on the company's behalf in January, 2015.

    Advice to Management

New management with a solid direction. Keep building on the foundation that was laid and if you need a professional who was committed to True Value Hardware, please contact me. I'd love to join the team as the company continues its path of growth.
