    I worked at TrueBlue full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Opportunity to work with different projects. Very friendly staff

    Cons

    Short-term work. Sometimes not as described. Frequent periods of no work. Job assignments seem to be territorial. Some acct managers are better than others.

    Advice to Management

    More work assignments. Less preferential treatment. Better job descriptions.

    Pros

    Flexible hours and good pay. The work is close to my area. The company has good benefits and always has work available for me. Fulltime of parttime.

    Cons

    The work is dangerous. The climate can be hot.

    They gave me a basic minimum pay job quickly

    The gave me a basic minimum pay job quickly. Office workers are quite rude and blunt at times. You feel as if you're just a number to them.

    Growth, keeps you busy and occupied

    Cons

    Competitive, not always fully staffed and you're doing the work for 2 or 3 people. Highly stressful and demanding. Hence on-demand labor force.

    Advice to Management

    Staff properly not only based on skill but personality too. Some staff doesn't work well with management and causes so many issues and conflicts among both internal and temps.

    You get paid the next day.

    Cons

    The office staff seems to pick and choose the ones the like for the jobs that come through. Not really woman friendly.

    Give everyone a fair chance on the jobs.

    Micro manage, health benefits are below Obama care requirements.

    Ever since the merger management has been micro managing. You bought us because we're great at staffing. Let us do our job and don't be so cheap

    Pros

    They have a positive outlook on the future. Great people to work with. Management is very nice too. Great work/life balance.

    Cons

    Benefits are average. They make you promises about future compensation/promotions, but don't keep them.

    Advice to Management

    You need to invest a lot more in technology if you expect to reach your goals.
