    Pros

The company does not micromanage its employees. Full support is given to the employees as long as you are doing the job you are being paid to do! Management listens to the sales team and takes suggestions to heart.

    Cons

Sometimes the senior management is spread thin and struggles to respond to emails. some of the weekly reports are redundant.

Let the sales people sell and let the sales managers manage. Let the branch managers run their branch and don't require them to sell against the team.
