    Pros

    Great management, good team recognition, management provides positive feedback, promotes from within, great co-workers, most people are happy and seem to enjoy their jobs.

    Cons

    Need better medical benefits, some jobs being moved to their company in India, which has caused internal lay-offs and has dumped a lot more work on the remaining employees.

    - flexible schedule
    - ability to work from home

    - grossly underpaid
    - no real organization
    - no room for growth

    Advice to Management

    Start investing in your good employees. People aren't as dumb as they seem, they know that they are being grossly underpaid under their titles. It's hard for someone to even enjoy their job, if they aren't getting paid what they are worth.

    As far as recommending, this would be great for a FT college student who just needs to keep cash in their pocket or maybe for a person who is looking to get a foot in the door with HR work or recruiting.

    One of the few tech jobs in the Tacoma area.

    Cons

    Leadership is far to reactive and changes directions too often causing confusion in the ranks.

    Great co workers. Good work environment for the most part.

    Cons

    Bad management team. Micro managers to the max. Terrible pay and medical coverage. Keep employees who cannot do their job. Long term employees are treated poorly.

    Advice to Management

    Get better Managment and Supervisors. Stop taking away awards for long term employees to save a buck. Treat your employees with respect and start paying them what they are worth

    Pros

    On Thursday, November 9, 2017 some 80 people were laid off from TrueBlue, Inc. dba PeopleReady (formerly LaborReady) including the staffing brands of CLP, Spartan and others. It was a very sad day for those eliminated and for the company as a whole. With unemployment at a national low, no shortage of qualified accounts and the staffing industry recording record growth, it's hard to understand what went wrong. In my opinion, the restructure that took place over the past year and a half came too top heavy and field directives didn't match up. While corporate personnel wanted to minimize competition among branches, the compensation structure was set up to encourage divisions among branches, markets and co-workers. It was a losing proposition and never found acceptance among the ranks. I hope the company will take some time to absorb the enormity of the losses and reflect on what could have been done differently. In the meantime, my heart goes out to all. BE OPTIMISTIC. BE PASSIONATE. BE ACCOUNTABLE. BE RESPECTFUL. BE TRUE.

    Large company with good chances to excel and move forward. Very extensive training available.

    Cons

    Formerly laborready and still utilize many inefficient and ineffective infrastructure.

    Expand the industry tools on running a staffing desk.

    Pros

    Excellent group of people to work with, no matter what level of the organization, real people. Vision, Mission, and Values clearly shared within the organization.

    Cons

    Compensation in the lower 10th percentile, ability to adjust salary levels very difficult. With recent acquisitions, there is shifting focus on what is most important. Direction becomes cloudy.

    Advice to Management

    Change is good, but don't forget that the company is about PEOPLE.
