    -Extremely competitive pay for case managers in the area -AMAZING behavioral health services (arguably best in the state) -Room for lateral position changes and upward mobility -Tuition Reimbursement -Occasional bonuses -Great benefits and fair PTO

    Pros

    Awesome flexibility, PTO, good environment and supportive staff, room for growth, a lot of opportunities internally. A lot of benefits come with the gig. Raises each yr and bonus checks

    Cons

    I've heard we get paid a little low but now I am hearing different. Think we get paid accordingly. Not many cons
