    Pros

    Management is employee friendly and career development is eminent. All employee has got training in accordance with his/her role requirement.

    Cons

    Salary is low in context of Bangladesh also. All employee has got training in accordance with his/her role requirement but still at the end of the day money does matter.

    Advice to Management

    Employee should be evaluated properly.

    I worked at Trust Bank as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    developed client- management skills. Lots of support from colleagues in understanding bank operations. Opportunities to be involved in teamwork and provide technical support.

    Cons

    Some of the senior managers can come across as rude. No proper structure in the internship scheme including no rotational opportunities across different divisions
