Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at TrustHCS full-time for more than a year
Pros
This used to be a great place to work, but not anymore.
Cons
Company is run by people who are not ethical. I filed an ethics complaint, which the HR department sat on for three months! They did nothing to resolve the issues, and ultimately fired me for being "disruptive." Unemployment agency agreed that the firing was unjustifiable. These guys are all about profit and could not care less whether they are following the legal guidelines or not.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at TrustHCS full-time for more than a year
Pros
100% remote with flexibility. Pay is okay. Management is typically supportive and helpful.
Cons
No 401k match. The company merged with a couple other companies and it’s no longer a great place to work. They talk about all these new people from India they are bringing on while laying off or furloughing it’s US work force. It appears they are now focused on making money for the top and could care less about the people.

Pros
100% Remote Flexible Schedules Great Coding Supervisors
Cons
Upper management has changed and doesn't know much about medical coding. Really getting the vibe that they are going to start sending more and more coding work to India.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at TrustHCS full-time for less than a year
Pros
not many, liked the morning meetings
Cons
unrealistic charts per hour for up to 500 pg charts, inconsistent auditing, pay low for project. Had heard good things about the company but soured by the whole experience overall.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at TrustHCS full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
I got Nothing at the moment
Cons
Furloughed employees then just no contact , called us “ family “ and stated they cared so much ,but treated like a stray . Merged with another company and TrustHCS employees were the first to go ! Wouldn’t pay the over 170 hours of PTO owed to me ! And just like that you’re gone as overseas received work . The proud company went right down the toilet . Merged & changed company name and had to see on social media because they didn’t have the decency to reach out ! And some higher ups really need to find a personality since they get paid the big bucks !

I have been working at TrustHCS full-time
Pros
One of the most amazing human resources departments I have seen.
Cons
Lack of professional communication, mid-level coding supervisors either don't know the answers or they are terrible at communicating them. Either way, you rarely get a good answer. No annual raises, insurance is incredibly high, no 401k, and the company has recently merged and is outsourcing to foreign countries. Also, the pay for general coders is incredibly low compared to other companies.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at TrustHCS full-time
Pros
Flexibility with being able to work 100% remote.
Cons
I, among many others, been furloughed for seven months and recently found out that the company has merged again and is now under a new name. I didn’t find this out from a company representative but through a posting about the name change and merger on LinkedIn. I feel like this major change should have been conveyed to employees before being announced on social media.

Pros
Flexible hours, but thats all
Cons
Not very much training for projects, magaement micromanages you. They also expect 4 charts an hour for HCC coding........well one is 30 pages the next one could be 250. How does that make sense. The pay isnt good either. I lasted about 2 weeks.
