    Pros

    There are many smart people working in lab and you can learn lot from them while you are working in Tsinghua university.

    Cons

    The living cost is very expensive in Beijing. People are nice overall but there are still many crazy one around. Air is not so fresh and some places are dirty.

    Advice to Management

    This site is good enough but it is still not perfect. And mang improvement a
    can be done through making the data more exact or reliable.

    Pros

    If you have an influential PhD adviser, it's easier to apply for funding there. The funding is plenty and students are diligent

    Cons

    But for some majors, the research projects follows the policy or the funding source. So it's hard to start he research that interests you. There are a lot to consider.
