I have been working at Tucker Energy Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Busy, and keeping a paycheck coming. Very family oriented, will help out many workers with problems. Coworkers are great people that helps with the horrible effects of working us in the dirt.

    Cons

Taken everything from us possible. Bonuses cut, hours taken, schedule is horrible. Upper management seems like everybody is just that a body, not a person and they are work us like slaves.

    Advice to Management

Treat your workers you have better we kill our selves for tucker and what do we get back, "At least you have a job."

    Pros

It was very good money until the oil prices started going down. Family owned company. Not so much pros to talk about.

    Cons

Management in the field office is horrible. Nobody cares about field employees anymore. Absolutely disaster. HR doesn't even know her own duties. There are unnecessary people in the company who are getting promotion just for kissing butt.
