Pros
Office is in a great location downtown, and it is a very nice building, you have to dress business casual so as an intern you get a chance to experience a professional business environment
Cons
My personal experience was that I did not actually learn anything from this company that could one day help me get a full time position - whether that was within the company or not. The tasks I was given were 'busy work' tasks that did not actually relate to real life business experiences, or in any way help me get a job post graduation.

Caring environment. Truly dedicated to customer service every day and strong on community support.
Cons
Slow on upward mobility. Reluctant to hire into full time roles. Kept annual salary increases below 2% across all contractors for 3 years. No merit raises, bonuses or project team awards. Very limited training for contractors.
