    Pros

From 2015-2018 TMC had the best HR team! We were a cohesive, team oriented, results driven family. The best group of coworkers I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

    Cons

Because TMC is a non-profit, pay is not high in comparison to the other large hospital in Tucson.
