I don’t know what was the power which make me to complete one year in the company. I still have that shock , all the torture remind me about wasting one year of my life. Their management thinks to be most intelligent man in world, I just wondered some time why he is still on the same ground where he started. There are hundreds of startup IT companies which started even after them still doing not only great in terms of business but also manage their employees very well. Not even a single person who motivates you , everybody just complain about others, and most of them are true. People stay there just to pay their home loans which they have taken from company. After 1 year they put me in performance improve plan ,I proved myself and gave the resignation in next week. If you care about your life just leave that company or don’t join it. There are hundreds of companies out there. If you still have a doubt just go to LinkedIn and search for people who worked in Tuebora and clear your doubt. All the reviews given in Glassdoor are given by their CTO.

Good minds come with hell lot of attitude. None of the founders (including CTO) are approachable. They make you feel you are worthless. You will start looking out in 2-3 months of working here. Work culture is the worst. They make you work almost 18 hrs a day and when you are on vacation, just 10 hours. Taking vacation is treated as a crime. No appreciation, no work life balance.
