    Pros

All of the employees are very friendly and want to know about you personally. Everyone in the office is in it together.

    Cons

The office is currently operating with less people than usual, so the responsibilities of all employees were increased. Some of the research work can be frustrating on company websites.

    Advice to Management

Get a solid director who respects the employees of the Career Management Center and utilizes their feedback in crafting office guidelines.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There exists a large sense of camaraderie amongst the employees. This positive attitude made Tulane University a positive place to work.

    Cons

The bureaucracy that exists in transferring information from the lowest levels to the higher ups can be extremely frustrating at times.

    Advice to Management

Scott Cowen has done a terrific job putting Tulane University at the forefront of academia especially after Hurricane Katrina. However, despite these tremendous strides, he does not appear to have any respect for long standing traditions within the Greek system. Slowly but surely, he is trying to phase out Greek Life at Tulane.
