    Pros

    Work on your own schedule to complete research projects and ensure deadlines. Interesting working tackling difficult scientific concepts. Highly collaborative staff that can guide you in research.

    Cons

    Sometimes you experience issues that can only be resolved with time and by outside sources. Experiments are length and often run on their own schedule. You need to be will to work at all hours of the day for certain circumstances.
