I worked at Tullett Prebon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The training program was decent. Most people were eager to be there. Managers seemed professional and responsive.

    Cons

It seems to have a relative high turnover but that might be just nature of the business. I left within a year to pursue another opportunity. A few people I know also left shortly after I did.

    Advice to Management

I don't have long enough experience there to offer any advice to management.

I worked at Tullett Prebon full-time

    Pros

Tullett Prebon is the top interbroker dealer globally. Large company with great employees and assets.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Jersey City, NJ

I worked at Tullett Prebon full-time

    Pros

The work life balance is very reasonable (not a lot of overtime), and the benefit of working for a European headquartered company is that the vacation policy is very generous. Most people I worked with were very nice and helpful in solving any business issues.

    Cons

The business has been struggling so there is a very strong emphasis on cost management and reduction. Salaries in many cases remain frozen even for high-performing employees.

    Advice to Management

Since it is difficult to reward employees financially during a cost cutting mode, try to find other ways to keep people motivated so that employee morale doesn't suffer.
