I have been working at Tullys Good Times full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Busy lots of money to be made

    Cons

Management needs to work as a unit more.

    Advice to Management

There is lots of money to be made here, busy, and people are for the most part friendly. It can be hard to work with management at times, either too strict or too lenient, they should strive to work more as a team. Overall, if you have a good work ethic and drive to make money, go ahead!

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Tullys Good Times full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Each salaried manager receives an extra day off between Thanksgiving and Christmas to spend with their family.
    Generous food allowance

    Cons

Salaried management positions work an average of 55 hours. Even though salary, a mandatory 30 minute lunch is required and not counted as "hours worked", your not allowed to leave building during your 30 minute break.
Schedules are only posted one week out

    Advice to Management

Would be nice to be heard listened.
I truly believe owners and partners of Tully's Good Times should start over with the book of Tully's, get with the times and change some of their operating standards.

The customers would tend to dine and dash here.

Very supportive and positive when busy. If you make a mistake they try to help you and do not get frustrated with you.
