    I have been working at Tupperware full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Tupperware completely takes cares if it's employees is a awesome company you can earn trips gifs and free cars easier then you think it's possible.

    Cons

    Not enough money to get all of I want yet there are no cons that I see to Tupperware. I will always Love my Job Love What you do I Do!

    Pros

    Great work environment with a clear mission on PEOPLE, both employees and field leaders. Lots of career advancement opportunities for those willing to work hard and deliver value add.

    None to note for benefit of others.

    Advice to Management

    Build the people and THEY will build the business...more effort to guide, mentor and enable middle management to grow and promote up needed to better retain talent.

    Very motivated role and enthusiastic place to learn things.

    Too much inner politics..its lost to the company.

    Set your own schedule; 25% – 35% product discount; monthly meetings with your director and with your regional leadership;

    Cons

    Not enough corporate branding marketing materials for soliciting new business; virtually no guidance on how report your income for federal and state taxes

    Provide more behind the scenes guidance to new consultants, particularly as it relates to the financial aspect of managing a business, tracking expenses, and filing personal income taxes.

    Pros

    Really great staff and corporate environment. Everyone is very friendly and team oriented and they're always willings to go out of their way to make their staff happy.

    Cons

    Not many opportunities for advancement. Most of the staff has been with the company for extended periods of time with little staff turnover.

    Since months toy make lots of money and done you might not make any

    I have none, my management team is wonderful. The ladies that are my mangers are so helpful, always there to encourage us.

    It is a great place to work. The employees here are great, and they are very friendly. Pay rate is good, and you have a good changes for advancement.
