Pros

The team members at Turas are great. The company is full of people that have a strong heart for people, justice, and loving others. This results in deep and caring relationships with coworkers and a strong sense of camaraderie. Turas was also a good place to get a foot in the door with recruiting and account management.

Cons

The company has gone downhill extremely fast in recent months and unfortunately I believe it's a sinking ship. There were warning signs from the day I first started (for example, the turnover is crazy), but there always seemed to be hope that things would change and improve. Unfortunately though, the more you hang around Turas and move closer to the CEO, you see why people leave and see how change doesn't appear to be happening. The leadership is very poor and consequently the company is very unstable. Upper leadership lacks the integrity, awareness, and leadership ability to run the company well and lead the team successfully. Upper leadership tends to manipulate team members both professionally and spiritually for the sake of the company's mission which has led to significant spiritual hurt, burnout, and overall poor mental health in many employees (hence the poor turnover over the years). The manipulation and lying are especially hard to be on the receiving end when it's a "Christian" company. Lastly, there seems to be little to no accountability with the CEO as evident by the lack of change observed in him over the years. I would discourage anyone from working here, especially now with how unstable it has become.
