I have been working at Turkish Petroleum Refineries full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I've been working for 4 years. when I first started, it was the country's best standards workplace, but we are in the process of contracting a lot of lies and persistence to lower the standards of workers and the dreams of the future disappear.

    Cons

Managers, chemicals, morale and motivation, boss, salary

    Advice to Management

This management is very big disadvantage for worker motivation. low motivation for such a large refinery means an accident at work. work accident at the refinery means disaster. A bad workplace for beginners.
