    Pros

    Great bosses and fast-paced environment. Managers actually assist with the queue when busy and interact with us. They are always helpful and available.

    Cons

    Can be stressful at times but managers understand this.

    Pros

    There was a lot of freedom and it was nice working outside. I enjoyed my coworkers, and the job wasn't overly difficult

    Cons

    Management was not very good, didn't seem to care too much about their employees. There was a revolving door of people because of it

    Good pay, learn alot since its smaller utility

    Cons

    Old school engineers, not lively. Robot work enviroment

    Advice to Management

    Majority of engineering companies this decade has a more relaxed atmosphere where engineers excel.
