I worked at Turner Broadcasting full-time

    Pros

The products and services Turner has within its ecosystem are nothing short of amazing.
The people are truly some of the best and brightest.
They are not afraid to take a leap with some younger talent.
Amazing facilities in the Techwood campus.

    Cons

Management is absolutely atrocious. A lack of vision and direction lead to awful results across the board.
    Terrible work/life balance.
Expected to take no lunch breaks, or breaks at all.
Has a very "sweat shop" feel in some departments.

    Advice to Management

Please hire different management for a variety of different departments.
