I have been working at Turner Construction full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You will reach where you want if you work for it & communicate it. Potentioal relocation worlwide after experience -upon request & position availibility. Great exposure for new graduates. Great company values that transcend to the lowest levels. Value their employees. Exposure to accounting, sales, purchasing, engineering, construction, marketing, IT.
No matter your level or intrest if you communicate it, the right spot will be found for you.
    Amazing people to work with.
Most importantly they take care of their own.
Small company cons in a large corprate company which is a rare blend to come accross.

    Cons

    No overtime past level 1.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing exactly what you are doing. Being honest triumphs being nice sometimes.

I have been working at Turner Construction full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, interesting job, invested company. The New Hire program feels rotational, and with that are many learning experiences and constant challenges. Turner is a large company that feels small.

    Cons

Work life balance can sometimes be difficult, somewhat depends on your project assignment. They aren't a ton of cons with the company itself, more so the industry

    Advice to Management

    Allocate resources for more training
