    Pros

    They had a great training program and worked hard to develop their people. Very transparent in terms of business inner workings. Good client base and good reputation in the industry.

    Cons

    Very slow salary growth. They also tend to reward people for years of service more than performance. If you et in early and work hard, you can spend a whole career there.

    If you let "the Man, be the Man", you will be ok.

    Cons

    If you are female without a degree, they will just make you an admin. You will be treated like 2nd rate citizen; men doing same job gets a "Professional Title".

    Advice to Management

    Quit the old school, snobby, establishment, boys club aire; don't be so snobbish... it shows!
