I worked at Turner Investments full-time

    Pros

One of the best places to work. They give you lot of independence and is a place which is driven by meritocracy. There has been a huge turnover. While that is bad the founder and CEO are still engaged deeply in the company and will turn it around

    Cons

It sucks when you see many good people leave precisely at a time when they should not be

    Advice to Management

    Retain your top talent
