    Pros

Some good people to work with below management, good benefits, flexible work schedule depending on the department

    Cons

Opinionated beyond belief, change orders at any point in construction, no set scale for career improvement

    Advice to Management

Operate like a business if you plan on doing construction work, the changes mid project over and over again take its toll on everybody involved.

    Pros

You work with man different people, different backgrounds and have interaction with many different levels of managers. In the food and beverage industry, I always felt respected and did not feel as if I was just a number on their staff list. Not much negative about my position.

    Cons

Be prepared for long, crazy hours. However- they recognize hard work.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate clearly with your staff.

    Cons

Horrible hours. No work/family balance. Hard to get time off. High turn over. Manager's don't train you and then get upset when you don't know things. No sop's. No support from upper management.

I have been working at Turning Stone full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good atmosphere, friendly coworkers. 401k is good, and the benefits pretty good also. Management knowledgeable, they try to wrk with you.

    Cons

Pays you for time served, not quality of work. Poor communications, used to get a bonus. Pricing in cafeteria has gone way up, not to mention we now pay Nation taxes. Slim chance to grow with company. People are not happy.

    Advice to Management

You have a lot of good experienced workers, listen to them more.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It's a fun place to work, employees are friendly for the most part, many opportunities for overtime due to under-staffing, holiday pay, managers are very accommodating if you do your job well.

    Cons

Stagnant, guests are often extremely rude, not much room to grow, mediocre raises, after the first week you will start to notice that everything feels like it is stuck in 1993. The increase in pay that comes with promotions seems mediocre as well. There is no communication whatsoever. There are little to no reasons to do any more than the bare minimum.

    Advice to Management

Incentives can do wonders for employee morale, and would also solve issues evolving from an applicant drought in lower-level positions.

I worked at Turning Stone full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Plenty of hours
    - Overtime is usually available
    - Health insurance is good if you're full-time

    Cons

    - The job can be stagnant; expect to remain in the same position while you're employed.
    - Pay raises are small, only given out to cover rising healthcare costs.

    Advice to Management

Remember and reward the employees that are dedicated; the ones that always show up for work and give it their best. They deserve to be paid more for their time and effort.
