    Pros

    Good people, working with lots of different types of shows. Hard, but rewarding work.

    Cons

    not really a negative, but long hours, but that's what you signed up for. Only work when there are events

    Keep it up!

    Huge expirience and variety, a lot of projects to do, always busy and challanGing

    Lots of customers and good tips.

    Very structured company. Need to jump through loops.

    I worked at Turning Stone full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Pay was good.
    Great people to work with and for.
    A variety of people.
    Able to switch days off with other people and since there are a lot of dealers and each shift it wasn't too hard to get what I needed.

    Cons

    Shifts are rigid in time start and out. Often you start of swing shift when you are new.
    The negativity of the guests starts to get to you after a while.
