I worked at Tuscany Italian Bistro full-time

    Pros

Great environment. Mangers were always willing to help in any aspect of the job. Worked really well as a college job.

    Cons

Not a lot of hours. Long shifts. Employee didn't get discounts. Always working nights and weekends get old after a while.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing, but allow more room for growth. Also allow people to cross train therefore you have a more diverse staff

    Cons

the management was poor but it wasnt that bad i did enjoy my time there i dont think i know what else to say about this copany other than the good outweighs the bad

    Advice to Management

i would do a better job of taking care of employees especially the cooks who dont get paid nearly as well as the servers or the management i just dont know what to say or anything so i just chilled

I worked at Tuscany Italian Bistro part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Close-knit group of co-workers, amazing pay, great employee discount, and solid menu with innovative management.

    Cons

Teamwork could use an overhaul and addition of support staff (which they may have already fixed).

    Pros

Fun employees and managers aren't overbearing.

    Cons

Pay on the low side, lacking employees, and not a lot of hours for some position.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes more employees are needed for the weekends, so possibly having a few extra people on busy nights would make the work load less stressful.
