Pros
Working with children and watching them learn and grow. Building lasting relationships with families and staff
Cons
Worst company I ever worked for. Staff are just numbers. Overworked and underpaid. Upper management are not educators they are business people who are all about the bottom line. They do not have a clue on how to educate a child. It’s all about the paperwork and not about a decent curriculum.
