Working with loving families and coworkers, and management works around education schedule, they want you to continue your own education as the children do theirs. Staff is willing to help if they can.

Working with the kids hands on. Other than that I Truly cannot thing of one. My time there resulted in severe anxiety and stress due to lack of professionalism.

Horrible management, does not look out for best interest of employees or customers, stressful environment due to unnecessary drama, management too far removed from actual teaching and working with children

wonderful friendly co-teachers, clean and organized classrooms, great positive communication with parents, teachers genuinely love and care for the children, flexibility with curriculum, requested time off was almost always issued, fantastic families and students, passing on your love for learning to future scholars.

long hours with minimal pay, directors have the authority to make your job an unpleasant working environment, minimal staff training for classroom management, curriculum development and teacher feedback, combined classrooms in the afternoon to make more money which was confusing for teachers, children, and parents, classroom supplies and outdoor playground equipment was very limited and not supplied when requested, one director had terrible communication skills, displayed no affection or care for children, created a stressful and negative working environment, and had no appreciation for the teachers and staff.
