    Flexible schedule, good job for those testing the teaching realm, and already set study plans for english/reading

    Not too many hours since only open mid-day to about 8:30pm.

    - good pay - flexible scheduling - fun getting to know students - rewarding to watch them learn & grow - everyone is friendly and professional - the lessons are very well structured and easy to work with - good for college students

    Pros

    The manager is very professional, laid back and very willing to work on a flexible schedule. Pay is always on-time and paperwork is kept to a minimum.

    Cons

    The hours are obviously fixed in the afternoon after school (except during the summer) so if you need to work during the day this is not the place for you.
