I worked at Tutti Frutti part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a good starting place to work overall, at my location you got a free bowl of yogurt at every break. Management was nice as well.

    Cons

the pay wasn't very good. and in a year plus some I only got a 25 cent raise. the floors are always getting dirty too.

    Advice to Management

I would say the management was very nice. As long as you respect them they will respect you and will trust you.

I worked at Tutti Frutti (Less than a year)

    Pros

its a good job to work for the summer (at least if you're student or a teenager) at least you take a decent amount of money from your paycheck

    Cons

sometimes you work all by yourself at the store

    Advice to Management

please actually care about your workers no wonder so many people leave

I worked at Tutti Frutti (More than a year)

    Pros

Very relaxed, not much work to do, hard to mess up your job, free froyo!

    Cons

Can be VERY boring, management was apathetic and failed to look after store

    Advice to Management

As Tutti Frutti is a franchise and therefore each store is owned by a different owner, I can only speak for my own experience in which my single manager was hardly ever there. He spent most of his time working at his other company and trying to sell off his Tutti Frutti and did not care at all about the condition of the place until it would be too late--then blaming it on his emo
