I have been working at Twentieth Century Fox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is a new focus on an inclusive culture. It is coming from the top down which is helpful in building teams.

    Cons

It's tough to level-up with so many senior middle management waiting for their turn, so promotions come few and far between.

    Advice to Management

Adjust for current working conditions. Mobile and off-site work should be encouraged.

I worked at Twentieth Century Fox full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits and wonderful coworkers

    Cons

Most executives (not all) have high stress and speak with inappropriate language towards others which caused a low vibrational environment. There was often finger pointing at other departments so business units often didn't get along.

    Advice to Management

Seek to understand, work collectively with other business units, and practice self-care and mindfulness. If irate, remember the power of language, how it affects the environment and your own image.

I worked at Twentieth Century Fox full-time

    Pros

Free stuff every once in a while.

    Cons

It is a horrible company. Stay far away. There's no training which keeps the less than mediocre employees who have been there unnecessarily valuable.

    Advice to Management

Be nicer to your employees. Hire managers who care about the people who work underneath them not ones that are jealous of success.
