I worked at Twin Cities Community Hospital full-time

    Pros

Trendy atmosphere, Cohesive Management Team, Diligent in utilizing Lean Daily Management. They care and mentor their staff without favoritism and regardless of seniority...everyone is important, In the same manner or style, they care for their patients according to acuity and not stature. I loved the "community oriented" atmosphere where everyone matters, especially with Management, including the "A-Team'",

    Cons

The Patient Access Team seems to be understaffed in Ratio, (Registrars vs. Clinical), considering the volume the ER pulls through.

    Advice to Management

Consider a few more FTE or PT1, for Emergency Patient Access Department
