    Pros

This is a place where what you put into it is what you get out of it. At my old job, I was tired of going the extra mile and making the same hourly wage as the person next to me wasting time and always complaining. Now, when I work harder and perform better, I get paid more! That's how it should be. I feel recognized and appreciated by everyone at the corporate headquarters for my efforts. Yes, you work hard but at least you make great money. I feel like the CEO cares about me and has made a point to get to know me personally, which I never expected. I like being trusted to work independently but also knowing that if I run into trouble there's always someone there to help me out. So far it has been a great experience and I think the people on here who are complaining probably didn't work that hard and like to blame others.

    Cons

Long hours and a lot of driving.

I worked at Twin Towers Trading full-time

    Pros

It has been a long and great run doing this job and will miss everyone greatly. I started working for Twin Towers three years ago and have enjoyed mostly all aspects of the job, especially the money and freedom! My wife's promotion at her job has me and my family moving overseas. I have already spoken to management and hopefully will be able to join the Twin Towers UK team when I get there. Thanks again for all the support over the last three years.

    Cons

I feel that working stores for only 1 week does not maximize the potential, I think each store should be worked for 2 or maybe even 3 weeks at a time.

    Pros

Great pay when things are going great.
Most are helpful for you to get successful.

    Cons

Main office was terrible to work with and often times you are left to try and fix one of their mix up on your own.
Often sent to stores that had been worked recently and as a result less impact (and sales) for you.
Disorganized and do not communicate very well to the reps.

    Advice to Management

Communicate effectively with the reps, don't nickel and dime every your reps so ownership or upper management gets a bigger paycheck.

    Pros

    You work on your own.
    Great public speaking practice.

    Cons

They don't pay for travel even if it's beyond the 50 mile limit in the contract.
They only pay part of the script memorization bonus.
Overall, they use people, promise all sorts of future with little action to back it.

    Advice to Management

Treat your reps better than disposable tools.

I worked at Twin Towers Trading full-time

    Pros

The work offers you the freedom to feel like your own boss. You're a one man band with no direct supervision. As a self-starter, you can do well and be your own entity.

    Cons

Week to week, there are many variables that can come up to make your job difficult. Angry store managers, far travel distances, shipment errors, and worst of all an accounting department that freely makes errors with no consequence. All facets of the company need a facelift that will never happen.

To make matters worse, the ownership does not genuinely care about you or your employee experience. They are interested in using people.

They believe "winning" is getting one over on anyone around them and making an extra dollar for themselves in every transaction. This makes for a poisonous and stifling work environment.

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees more than they care about you. Get a conscious and a culture.

Style filters down. Attitude reflects Leadership.

    Pros

If you need the experience of filing wage claims against a crooked company, this is a great opportunity to practice those skills. NJ knows these guys well.

    Cons

Its a complete scam. When other victims seek retribution by returning the slicers, it comes out of the new marks commission. So keep finding them new marks or you'll get burned.

    Advice to Management

    Find a conscience.

    Pros

Nice people to work for. Good working environment. Decent pay. Commission based.

    Cons

Lots of travel. Away from home 12 out of 14 days. 2 days to recoup before heading to next site.

    Advice to Management

I really don't have any comments for management. They were easily accessible and fair when dealing with problems.
