    Pros

Terrific people, terrific brand, huge challenges, working at scale, well fed, lots of perks, people care about Twitter both inside and outside the company

    Cons

Negative news cycle can be draining. There was a lot of overlap in management that took about a year to remove.

    Pros

Best parts of working at Twitter: People, Benefits, commitment to diversity & inclusion, and you will never be bored

    Cons

Things change all of the time and in away that prevents you from ever really operating with certainty or feeling like you’ve got solid ground.

    Amazing place to work!

    Pros

I loved working at Twitter because the culture felt similar to living in a city but knowing everyone at the local markets, and EVERYONE was so friendly. The atmosphere sets up the opportunity to meet others, collaborate on ideas, and feel at home to be there as long as you need in order to get your work done. I loved the opportunities to be a part of different activities outside of the normal job, ie. Community Service, Hackweek, Fitness, etc. It was another great way to meet others outside of your team!

    Cons

The toughest part of working at the company was that things were always changing. It made it the best part if you could adapt and pivot really quickly, but it was tough if a person wasn't used to it or wanted normalcy!

Was wonderful, then Elon took over.

    Pros

The people are really nice and genuine (except Elon).

    Cons

There were numerous benefits to working at Twitter; however, after Elon bought the company those benefits were whittled away. Before Elon, the environment was very professional and decisions were made with proper thought behind them. After Elon, things were done impulsively without company collaboration. It went from the best place I ever worked to a chaotic mess. The people are still wonderful - they just now have poor leadership. I feel bad for those that stayed or have not found a new job.

    Cons

Chaos, Inexperienced management, Shifting priorities If you are interested in working at Twitter, you should feel comfortable with ambiguity and lack of management.

    Pros

I had a great experience - there are a lot of really hard working and talented people at Twitter, and everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

    Cons

Struggles with generating more revenue and attracting more users. A few full time engineers left during my internship.
