    I worked at Tyco full-time

    Pros

Great co-workers. In the regional office setting, there is a sense of family among co-workers. It is the people that really drive the heart of the company.

    Cons

Unclear or partially obfuscate communication from corporate management. Big ideas and promoting upcoming transitions, but the process of said transitions is jarring, confusing, or unclear.

    Advice to Management

When possible, over communicate to the team. Explain company direction and desires. Otherwise rumors start and schisms of loyalty occur.

    I worked at Tyco full-time

    Pros

weekly pay, bonus depending on position, flexible, people there are great to work with, except for some management.

    Cons

management is difficult to work with, they expect way more than what is advertised for the position, barely any advancement into management, high turnover. Different managers have different expectations, even though everyone is supposed to be on the same team

    Advice to Management

be consistent with everyone, everyone is on a different page and seem completely fake

    I worked at Tyco full-time

    Pros

It was a great company to work for in the beginning, great benefits, salary and work/ life balance. Also a great learning experience as there was a ton of acquisitions and mergers that grew the company.

    Cons

Before Tyco became Johnson Controls they kept shrinking through spin offs but the employees were never explicitly told that they were gearing up to be bought out so the in the last years the atmosphere changed and it was not a pleasant place to work.

    Advice to Management

Not sure about new management as the company was bought by Johnson Controls shortly after I left
