    Pros

    creative environment, good compensation, easy going senior management, flexible working styles, you can have a high visibility if you did excellent job

    Cons

    The management team need to share more with the employee about the undergoing projects and progress. The medical insurance plan is not as good as other big corps.

    An atmosphere of high energy, partnership, cooperation and learning.

    Cons

    Communication of ongoing changes and exchange of information during the split of Tyco and ADT should be published more frequently.

    Keep the lines of communication and training open and available to all employees.

    Formally ADT Commercial...great opportunities for growth as they recreate the brand as Tyco

    Cons

    Too fiscally conservative...decisions that impact the customer must be approved by CFO .

    Pros

    Pay, people, location and they have great culture. Promotions are promising and enjoyed my time there. They also have a good bonus program.

    Cons

    The downside to Tyco is that management does not communicate or listen well. But that is with any organization.

    Pros

    Great people and work environment. The work is steady and not overbearing. When interacting with other colleges, everyone is friendly and helpful. Managers are not harsh or abusive, they expect you to keep moving forward on your projects, but provide great guidance and advice when you may need it.

    Cons

    The Economy has caused some incentive promotions and cost of living increases to be short in the last few years. The out of pocket cost of health insurance has also increased.

    Advice to Management

    They are always there to help , guide and support. keep up the good work.

    Pros

    Great general counsel. Very open and collaborative legal team. Lots of upward advancement opportunity. Interesting global work in a very matrixed environment.

    Cons

    Change is constant. While legal department is stable, and for the most part happy, other functions really struggle with leadership, ambiguity and receiving feedback.

    More communication with employees.
