I worked at Tyco full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Technology, some products, global presence, multicultural team, good core values. Opportunities to travel around the world and be part of corporate teams in special projects.

    Cons

At country level, there is not wall to talk, in LATAM, the top management is not part of the strategy, they do not the local market. The decisions are not according the LATAM economical reality. Very spend solutions. Bad Human Resources management. There is not innovations, all the branches work as a stand alone company not as a corporate.

    Advice to Management

You have to be friends of the management to growth in Tyco

    Pros

    Advice to Management
