I worked at TyraTech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Location is probably one of the best. Scientists are very knowledgable because they have 10+ year tenure. Financial Report shows it all.

    Cons

This company has no culture and people will walk right past you without speaking. Senior Management will smile in your face and have the worst intentions. Senior managers barely have tenure because they hire new people every single chance they get. Effective Communication does not exist. Every one is shut lipped about processes and how to do things right because everything is out of control. This place is totally... disorganized. There are two different companies working in one building and they barely get along with each other. So called proprietary information has been stolen from the processes of other companies.

    Advice to Management

Work on your finances. There is a lot of waste going on at this company. Learn how to communicate with each other instead of bickering back and forth on company time during senseless meetings. Meet less and get more work done. Invest and Train people - do not expect people to know how this company operates if Top Managers can't even see eye to eye and write step by step how to manuals.

I worked at TyraTech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They are a natural life science company who uses non-chemical pesticides to typically chemically based ones.

    Cons

Very poorly run company with no structure or any processes put in place. I had to file a very personal and embarrassing sexual harassment case against my boss only to find out that they were doing a large lay off a few months later due to mismanagement of their cash flow as they never had a budget put into place during any of my time being employed there.

    Advice to Management

Get it together and run the company as a publicly traded company should be before rehiring any further employees in the future.
