Tyson pays well and has a good benefit package. Tyson has a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunity employer.
Cons
Some jobs require far too much overtime and Tyson could actually hire more people to give some employees some time off.

Good benefits and most of the people are tolerable. Plenty of overtime available and you get paid weekly.

Management believes they do not wrong and will do anything to keep their hands from getting dirty

Great atmosphere, very laid back. Good benefits like affordable health insurance coverage and 401K/Profit sharing.
Cons
The only reason I think some people might not like working here it because of the cold temperatures of the work environment.

Remote work Average pay for workload Heavily invested in purchasing data Good continued education benefits (but not health benefits)
Cons
Weak Leadership No diversity... I never have seen a person of color at the corporate (field) level. CEO Donnie King once said in a meeting that he will never hire to create a diverse work environment. Too much travel Too many data sources to get details Training doesnt exist. They prefer to hire candidates that already have full experience Profits over people Poor Health benefits
