    Pros

    You get paid every week. In my department you are guaranteed at the minimum 10 hours overtime and pretty good health and dental

    Cons

    With the 50 and 60 hour work weeks you'll find yourself spending more time at work than home. Long hours and they try to work you like you are a machine instead of a human being. The only way you do make money is thru overtime so you have to deal with it until you find better

    Pay and benefits are average for area Co-workers/employees are great

    Cons

    Very unorganized operations Issues with communication Long hours and no family life or life outside of work Lots of call-ins making the ability to get production goals met very difficult
